So tonight I decided to order online and go pick it up. I bring it home, bit into it and it is completely undercooked. So I call the store and they tell me they cannot issue me a refund. So not only am I going to contact corporate, they told me that the local office decides whether they can issue me a refund. So now I have to waste my time calling and emailing. The cherry on top is dinner is ruined. No quaility control what so ever. Pathetic and zero customer service skills. The guy on the phone said I should have checked it before I left the store. What bit into it to see if its cooked all the way through. Come on, you have one job, to make a cooked pizza and you cant even do that. I reached out to corporate, then the office, and then an email address that I found in other reviews. I did hear from the last one, promising a refund. Since then there has been no follow up on Domino's behalf. Way to go Domino.
