When returning back home with our food it was completely someone else’s order and not anywhere close to our order. I really feel strongly about not having to check my bag after receiving it for the establishment and trained workers should have that’s covered before handing order over to the customer. I had to return back and was very disappointed with management, for I called before returning and she was fully aware of the situation and did nothing to compensate me for their incompetence at all. I did receive the food I ordered but no acknowledgment for the complete inconvenience it caused or any reimbursement of anything at all. They did ask if I wanted the wrong food order tho, but I had NO desire of what it was.
