I live in North Idaho currently and wanted flowers delivered to my best friend who still lives in Colville for her birthday. I can tell you that Ms. Vicki was so helpful from the very start. She helped me arrange, design, and deliver the flowers to the location she works locally in Colville. Vicki took extra time to kindly send photos along the way until they were delivered to the destination. I really tried to tip her or set extra out for delivery and there was not an option to do so.
