Here's what I've learned after ordering things during the day this past month: The good news: Management seems to have noticed all the negative reviews about how long food takes to get prepared and is being responsive to that. The bad news: Their new method is to cook burgers ahead of time and then assemble them to order. Yet another cold burger with unmelted cheese (see picture). The ONE thing this restaurant had going for them is that the food, even if it took forever, was solid. And before Dairy Queen gives me a link in response to this review to send them feedback, please note that I've been referred to management already. Those complaints went nowhere and ownership is trashing your brand. A change is needed, and the folks in Clinton deserve better. I don't write negative reviews, but this is awful. Please also note that many of the employees who have been hired here over the years are absolutely doing their best, and some of them were great - this is an issue with ownership alone.
