DEAR OWNERS OF THIS FRANCHISE: WHEN YOU ARE THE BEST FAST FOOD PLACE IN A SMALL TOWN AND YOUR RATINGS AND REVIEWS ARE IN THE LOW 3 Star 100% BECAUSE OF SERVICE NOT PRODUCT, YOU MAY WANT TO TAKE A LOOK. Honestly the service and professionalism during the day when the manager is there is literally night and day. If you go in anytime after noon, you can anticipate a completely untrained staff, a completely uninvested and lazy, stagnant manager or supervisor leaning on the counter looking at her phone while everybody tries to compensate for her laziness, people at the drive-thru not knowing how to work with the app, the rewards and when they can't figure it out, making up a story about why the reward system is down. They turn the frosty machine off at night and last night, all of the vehicle waiting stalls were filled for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for food while the dining room was already closed so literally their entire job was the drive-thru and nobody got their food. We were told we were waiting on fries and then waited 20 minutes and the fries were cold, The burger that was supposed to have no onions and no mustard was overflowing with onions and mustard. On top of that for whatever reason, they have made the strategic business decision to be the only Wendy's that doesn't serve breakfast so they don't even open until 10:00 a.m. just questionable business decision and business ethics at every turn. UPDATE: I have called three nights in a row now and every night the same female manager says the frostiy machine is down or that they "ran out of frosty's" but the workers have said she shuts it down so they can get out of there faster. Heads up to the real manager during the day. You ever raise the prices and markup on frosty's by more than 200% to compete with dairy Queen's Blizzard, and then failed to have them available to take advantage of that astronomical markup with no measurable increasing cost. It's not just bad business or unethical, it's not smart business.

I do not like having to use the kiosk to order. Took way too long and I got frustrated because there was a line of three others behind me. Only one kiosk was working!! Took quite a while to get our food. A lot longer than expected and there was six people working. Fries were luke warm. Chicken sandwich from value menu was very good. The lettuce and tomato were actually cold. Very tasty. Dave's triple stack was very good. Cooked to perfection. Restaurant was tidy. Bathrooms were pretty clean.

But I didn't....WENDYS HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Will no longer eat at any locations now

Not much impressed. Inefficient work flow, wasted and repetitive motion, warm food getting cold in the bag, cold food warming up ... everything came out at the lowest margin of acceptability. When ordering, I specifically requested "fresh from the fryer, scorching hot fries" ... nope, didn't happen. I sampled one and found them to not be as requested. When I asked for replacements, I was told "he *pointing over there* said they came out just a few minutes ago." I was told "I suppose we can drop a new basket, they'll be about two and a half more minutes." I declined, took my order and left feeling like i should have gone to that clown joint across the street. meanwhile, I learned a $22 lesson about going where they want to earn my business. this is a no-go next trip.

Absolutely abysmal service. Placed a mobile order and went through the drive through to pick up. Was handed drinks and told to move to the parking up front to wait for the food. No problem. Parked up front and waited. And waited. And waited... 30 minutes later, our food arrives. Cold fries, cold burgers, missing nuggets (2 nuggets, not 4 as ordered). There's 4 employees working the store. There were 2 customers before us and 2 more arrived as we were waiting. Hardly "busy". In fact, I'd call that dead. 4 people unable to serve 5 customers in 30 minutes is ridiculous. Then, only to receive a bag of cold food is completely unacceptable. Management needs to address this. I'd be ashamed if this was my store. Wether more training or hiring is necessary, SOMETHING needs to happen. A business isn't sustainable in this condition. The ONE positive taken away from this is the employee who helped us. When I handed our cold food back and asked for it to be corrected, the drive through guy and one of the other ladies standing there appeared to be dumbfounded, like they didn't know what to do. A nice young lady from the kitchen popped up and immediately asked how this can be remedied (remake the food or refund), took ownership, apologized and said she would personally make and deliver the food to us up front. She even came out to confirm the details of the order so that it was correct. I don't like leaving negative reviews. Overall, one employee made it right by being professional and taking ownership of the issue when nobody else on the team would. I rate this experience one star so that management might take notice and enact some needed changes. 5 stars for the girl who helped us and made it right. Give her a raise and have her train all the others in operations and customer service.
