We waited a couple minutes and then the guy behind the counter just came over and stared at us. It was really freaking awkward! Finally, I broke the silence and said "hi, we would like to order four chicken wings and four legs please.".... Again he says absolutely nothing and just stares awkwardly at us. Then he just puts both of his arms out to the side And alternates going up and down on either side as if he is weighing a scale... And contemplating which side is heavier. We were baffled and didn't know what he meant so just stared back at him. Finally he broke the silence and said " baked or fried?" We ordered fried. He handed us the bag and that was it! Real nice service! Please teach your staff how to have proper customer service and how to make customers feel welcome! The chicken was delicious, fresh and hot, but the experience was absolutely terrible and awkward!
