This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Rude service and bad food. You would think a ice cream place would know how to make a milkshake. They do not. You get a chocolate milk. It's runny. Not thick at all. You never get the right amount of chocolate syrup in it either. They put to much in it and you can't drink it or to little so it tastes like nothing. They used to have ready whip but now have some generic wax foam that does not even melt. Tastes horrible. Leave the foam in your cup and see how long til it disappears. That's not going in my body. For me the snotty little employees are the deal breaker.

Took our first family trip to suncadia. Went through the drive thru and they messed up on our order. No big deal, people make mistakes. I explained they had the order wrong and if they don’t mind fixing it up. The took the blizzards back, we waited a few mins, then they gave us the blizzards. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we drove off and we found out they never changed the mistake. They simply, took it back, waited, gave us back the same wrong order.
Anyone with kids and traveling understand that this is problematic.
Just irritating that they humored us but never fixed their mistake. We paid for service, tried being kind about it by mentioning the error, just for them to not try to fix it and a slap in a face to take it back and give it back to us without trying to fix it. Don’t appreciate the gal with green eyes with nose pierce and tall brunette gals making the order smirking at us and giving the order back to us knowing they never did anything to correct their mistake.
