Much less to pay and get my items. What we get is great, but the workers hardly smile and seem overwhelmed. Maybe they need a bigger staff? Tonight, I watched from the window as three different transactions were processed inside before anyone even opened the window to take my payment or even just to let me know they were working on my order. Just say something to let me know I'm not being pushed aside. It's not cheap to order there any way, so to just ignore me for 15 minutes to help other people who ordered after me, or chit chat amongst other employees, is ridiculous.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
