  Worst Taco Bell I've ever been in, waited over 30 minutes for my food during my 45 minute lunch break, not once, not twice but multiple times, I’ve given this Taco Bell multiple chances to prove it’s self but today was the last straw. never coming back

  There was plastic in my food, and the boxes were completely mixed around, the only thing limiting it from a 1 star is the mediocre food.

  This taco bell is literally worse then the downtown taco bell. I counted 15 cars go through the drive-thru before I got my dine in order. All the tables where dirty and so was the tray my food came on after waiting 20 minutes.

  I’m vegetarian and about 1/3 of the time come here they put meat in my food despite only ordering off the vegetarian ( veggie craving section of the menu) which are items that the menu doesn’t even list as having meat

  Used to come this location 3 to 5 times a week. They have THE WORST staff. Why do you have people on the microphone that can’t talk or don’t want to talk to people. Rudest staff oh and not to mention they have the highest prices in town and no longer offer the online box. Even though all the other Spokane stores do. Greedy owners trying to milk every last cent out of Cheney and its students. I really hate this place is there a single good business owner. If you wanna know what your Taco Bell is way less busy than any other one maybe start paying attention
