  $13 for a sandwich that was basically just bread. Delivery took almost an hour, with the location being 5 minutes away. What are we doing here?

  0 stars. I had one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had yesterday. I was given bow tie pasta that was clearly expired—the container literally said it expired the day before (04/21/26). There’s no excuse for a chain restaurant to be serving expired food. It didn’t stop there. The bread was oddly crunchy (not in a fresh way, just stale), and the lemonade tasted completely watered down. For a $25 meal, everything ended up going straight in the trash. I wasn’t able to return since I was just visiting town and had an appointment to get to, but this was beyond disappointing. I’ve never had such a poor experience here, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

  Second time I’ve went to jimmy johns at the Cheney location, second time they’ve charged me $2 to add bacon to my sandwich and second time I haven’t received it, but they’re sure quick to take your money for it. Won’t be returning. I’ll stick to subway.

  Great sandwiches but mostly you guys just have the best employees. Every interaction we’ve ever had with any of the Cheney staff has been awesome. Good people.

  If you drive for uber eats do not accept orders from here, about half of every orders I have accepted here they will say already got sent out, or they don’t have it in their system. This means we have to cancel the order which messes up our cancellation rate with uber which doesn’t give you much grace before deactivating you for canceling to many orders.
