  Used to come this location 3 to 5 times a week. They have THE WORST staff. Why do you have people on the microphone that can’t talk or don’t want to talk to people. Rudest staff oh and not to mention they have the highest prices in town and no longer offer the online box. Even though all the other Spokane stores do. Greedy owners trying to milk every last cent out of Cheney and its students. I really hate this place is there a single good business owner. If you wanna know what your Taco Bell is way less busy than any other one maybe start paying attention

  I want to start off by saying I gave this place multiple chances before writing this review. My fiancé and I have been here many times and every single time has been the same. It takes us about 25-30 minutes to get our food when we only order about 4 things. When we get the food it’s cold. Tonight, my fiancé was already waiting over 20 minutes, and he watched an employee order her food, then place her order in front of the other orders in line, including ours. By the time we got our food, it was cold and poorly made. Granted I know this is a fast food restaurant but the employees should try to have some standards of service.

  The last 4-5 time in to this establishment we were served by Dillon. He is a fantastic manager. Very professional and and could tell that he cares about how his business is doing. Dillon, thank you the industry needs more people like you and hopefully your care and commitment is able to be absorbed by the employees that work with you. We appreciate you!

  Blanche belongs in this store , you are going to loose alot of clients. She has been great! You should have an office meeting an resolve your problems not throw someone under the bus
