  Food was good but they told me if I downloaded the app I would get a free sandwich and I claimed the reward and the employee told me I didn't have it and I had to pay for it

  I love the fact that Jimmy Johns is one of very few restaurants that understand Gluten Free with with their Lettuce Wraps! Thank you! The window server, Dawn was fantastic! Great hire!
