  My wife and I just had one of the worst fast food experiences we've ever had. $36.83 for 4 tacos and drinks. The menu was so small we couldn't read all of it. Charged extra for sour cream, and something seasoned??? The guy at the window was of NO help either. I'll NEVER stop by a Taco Bell again!

  My experience is awful. I usually don’t complain even tho if I would drive to the Centralia location the food, service and atmosphere are 10 out of 10. I don’t want to drive over there so I just deal with so so food and crappy service. Tonight I can not hold my tongue. I always order off of the Mobil app and today the service was shit, I don’t even believe that they said hi they just said will you be using the Mobil app. I said yes and told them my name, pulled up no one opened the window and said anything ( I understand that when they are slammed, but they were not busy at all) the girl finally opens the window hands me my bag closes the window. I get home there’s no napkins in the bag. I slip past that and get my nacho fries out and they are cold and you can tell they’re old, then I got a supreme dip and chips and the refried beans are burnt and nasty to the point they won’t even break up to scoop on the chip and the beans are not even warm. So I try to call the location and no one answers the phone. The food is so gross I can’t even eat it. Then they don’t give me my receipt thank goodness I ordered in the app so there’s record of it. Don’t go to the Chehalis location it’s not worth it drive to Centralia. The clump on the chip in the picture is just crusty over cooked crunchy nasty cold refried beans. The majority of the container is a clump of over cooked cold refried beans. Then they don’t answer the phone when you call.

  The guy at the drive through window was phenomenal. Ive been going to taco bell for years and never even knew they offered some of this things this gentleman suggested. He asked lots of questions to ensure my order was exactly as I wanted. Great personality. Very friendly, fast service and great food. 10/10

  Taco fell into 12 pieces when i opened the bad to eat it. The crush wrap did the same! Pepsi was even flat.
