I want to be fair this was my third time at this location. I've always given evert other establishment 5 stars and was a fan this one has been one star my last two visits. This time its 3 which I did see improvement. The staff was very nice. Which is a plus this time. The bays were open with needed repairs but open another plus. Food was decent not great but decent so I think improvement is being made. Will try again and see. Thanks for opening bays and hiring kinder people.

Super frustrating experience here today. We placed a mobile order at 2:45, it popped up on the screen and after a couple minutes it said our carhop was on their way. A little while goes by and we press the button at 2:53 just to check on the order, the girl who answered the speaker was super short and dismissive. Said they JUST got our order and it takes 5 minutes to cook our corn dog we ordered and it’ll be out when it’s ready. We didn’t get our order until 3:02. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, I understand people can have off days, but once we got our food you could tell most of it was old. The patties in our junior doubles were hard and dry, it was a workout to chew. The chicken in our chicken wrap was somehow hard and chewy at the same time. We also ordered an ultimate breakfast burrito which was mostly good but the bacon was hard and looked like it had been cooked first thing this morning. And then the corn dog they had to cook fresh was lukewarm by the time it got to us. Pictures of the wrap, old patty, and bacon that doesn’t even look like bacon :/

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE..... I waited for 30 mins!!! Just for smashed cold food and liquid shakes WITH NO CHERRIES.... the only good thing about it is was able to see Ariana Grande she gave me my food.. smh the once famous stars need to work in fast food chains just to survive in this economy... they suck!! At it. 000000 stars if I could!
UPDATE!: I am now in the HOSPITAL with food poisoning!!! I feel so sick and nauseous.
I also contracted SYPHILIS AND HERPES.. not related to sonic.. but still a disgrace to this once amazing fast food chain.

Just stopped for a couple drinks and snacks…
The order from your car was not working and zero signage to say such a thing over went through the drive through and that is were it started…
The girl (Charlee) that took our order was very rude when asked to read back our order just to make sure we got what we wanted, she replied with our order and when we said thank you her response was YEP. When we got our order at the window we said she should work on her customer service, her reply was yeah, sure thing like she was annoyed she had to be there.
After realizing Charlee had not given us any straw I had to walk up to the employee door and knocked on it, said we needed straws and when she walked to the door with them I told her she really needed to check her attitude and work or her customer service at which point she said we had to leave the property.
Just not what I was expecting but maybe she is having a bad day??!
