They have a wide choice of products, but because the ads cover a wide area my store does not always have the newer products being advertised. Both the Deli and the produce sections have a wide selection and are well maintained. While the pharmacy line can get long on occasions, the pharmacy personnel are always pleasant and the pharmacists answer clearly any questions I have about my new prescriptions. The checkers are friendly and do what they can to resolve any problems. I especially like to use Ken's register line. Unfortunately at high volume times the lines can be long.

My husband walked up to the service desk and was greeted by the manager (whoever the manager is that was working today, 01/14/25 @ 6:00pm). My husband asked if he could exchange his cash for a roll of quarters, and the manager started in on my husband with a nasty attitude, “Can’t you see that we are busy! I don’t have to sell you quarters if I don’t want to!” and she walked away. I understand being busy, but that does not justify poor customer service and attitude. If a manager acts like this, I can only imagine how she runs her store and allows her employees to act. I will be calling corporate to discuss the issue. Do better Safeway Chehalis.
