Yesterday I ordered five combo meals using the standard numbered menu. When we got our food, we were missing two large fries and two large Cokes and were given a single medium fry instead. When I tried to get it corrected, the staff seemed totally confused about the combo pricing, and the assistant manager was dismissive. The manager was polite but also didn’t seem to understand the situation until I explained it several times. In the end, I was charged full price for items that should have been included in the original combos. We come here often, especially with teenagers, but the continued decline in service and this experience in particular really changed how we feel about this location. I’ve reached out to the owner and haven’t heard back. Really disappointing for a place we’ve supported for so long.
