    How hard is it to read the order and not put onions or pickles on my food? At least the past three times I've come here I've made sure I've ordered my food without both and each time I have been amazed at the ability of humans to not read directions. Im getting very tired of having to either go hungry or come back on my limited lunch time to get it remade.

Even though I didn't have the McDonald's app, this kind soul surprised me with a FREE McFlurry! 🍦 The employee's kindness and generosity truly made my day. It's clear they go above and beyond to make customers feel special. I'm so grateful for the wonderful service I received. If you're lucky enough to have this employee at your local McDonald's, consider yourself blessed.     I had a conversation with the store manager Cheyenne, and voiced my complaint about the customer service of their workers. Instead of owning up and taking accountability for their mistake, they tried to justify it. That’s a problem. A moral and ethical one. I will leave out the final details of the matter of my experience with this McDonald’s store, but there is a serious problem with customer service. In any case, Cheyenne resolved the issue by giving me a complete refund. That much I am thankful.
