  I’ve been coming to Chipotle for years and I’ve always asked for cilantro and when I asked the lady said no she couldn’t it was against the rules. I was amazed it was a rule? When I explained every chipotle ive ever been to has never had a problem with giving me a little cilantro. She said since they are newly opened she couldn’t it was against the rules. Well looks like I’ll be taking my business to Tumwater chipotle. Customer service goes along way and she shouldn’t be in customer service!

  First time we came in and ordered, place was a mess. Food all over the floor and very confused workers. Second order was through door dash and we had missing items. When I tried to contact Chipotle they won't take my call. Didn't get large enough refund from doordash either to cover the loss. Who's fault was this?? Won't know because customer service here is awful.

  I have always loved Chipotle!! I decided to try this place on the 3rd day it was open. I ordered 3 different meals. My daughter's meal looked lovely because she asked for extra rice and beans. But mine and my dad meals looks like a kids size portion.. I get they were busy so im not going to give up but being the first couple days, it should have been loaded bowls to make a good impression. They had ran out of lettuce, guacamole (no biggie I get it super busy). Spent 49$ and still had to cook food at home!!!

  New facilities in Centralia. 1st time eating there. The building is new, very clean, however, very noisy. Narrow walkways/paths between tables/ wall, and order counter. Lunch time was very busy. Fast service building your order. I ordered The bowl with chicken, rice, black beans, salsa: three levels of species, mild, medium, and hot. Also had Queso, sour cream, Guacamole and corn salsa. They charge extra to add Guacamole, and it was delicious and very fresh. Used the app and received a free wel omelet gift of chips and Guacamole.

  This was my first time trying them, and since they just opened about a week ago, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. My order wasn’t completely correct, I was missing a few items, my chips were stale, and unfortunately my daughter found a hair in her kids meal. That being said, the food itself was absolutely amazing flavorful, and a really healthy option. You can tell they have great potential. I believe these were honest, fixable mistakes that can happen with a new business, and I’m definitely willing to come back and give them another try.
