It's impossible to just walk in and order things the way you want because the kiosk never has full customization options and the front desk, by design, never has people there. Every person who helped was great, but taco bell corporate is making decisions that make the entire experience extremely painful. Another example from the same visit is that the don't put paper towels in the bathrooms anymore. I've been noticing that becoming a popular trend at establishments and it's so frustrating because the air dryers don't actually work effectively, leaving me to dry my hands on my shirt. Don't put the onus of saving the environment on the consumer because it's not real meaningful change. Paper towels have been a standard for decades for a reason.
