- JRJacob RossJan 1, 20262.0Ordered on the app. Was trying to order on the one in Washougal, but the app sent it to this store because it thinks the one in Washougal is closed. I had a mistake that I needed to get corrected on my order, so I called them well in advance and they didn't pick up their phone. They don't even have their phone ringed. I called multiple times and kept the phone call going when I finally walked into the store. Someone's taking their phone off the hook, I guess. Maybe they just don't want to deal with customers? Anyway, my order was by the time I got there, and I had to order a whole another extra sandwich that I didn't want to have to buy because no one picked up when I called them 11 minutes earlier.

When I walked in I was asked if I was picking up an online order, when I said no the girl working scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. She then did the same to the next two people who came in after me and actually complained out loud that “of course it’s getting busy now”. I understand that working customer service can get stressful, however this is not how you handle it. If the Washougal location wasn’t closed I would have left without ordering anything. Looking at other reviews it seems this is the norm for this location sadly.

- KRkelaia_10 PLAYS REEESep 16, 20251.0I when to subway yestorday around 8pm as I got there I notice the server was pretty rude but didn't mind so I ordered my Subway and I asked her to put me salt pepper vinegar and ranch I literally was working like 2 minutes down the street by the time I got to where I was working the subway was all disintegrated so much vinegar on it you were not able to eat it I had to throw the whole thing away
