Drove there sick to get it replaced. Told them about their phone. They acted as if I wasn't being truthful. Called while I was standing there. They did not care their phone wasn't ringing. Remade my burrito and acted as if I was an inconvenience.

When I asked for rice and beans on the side, the staff looked at me like I was crazy, then gave me a tiny sauce cup with barely any food in it. My boyfriend’s chicken tasted like rubber, and overall the meal was absolutely not worth the $30 we spent. As we were leaving, one of the employees started talking about us in Spanish. My boyfriend speaks Spanish and heard her complaining that we didn’t tip. We believe tips are for table service, not when you have to stand there and take your own food. I felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome the whole time. I didn’t even want to ask for anything else I wanted with my meal because of how they made me feel… not even a water cup. Honestly, it was just sad and disappointing. Should’ve gone to Chipotle instead.
