  I remember when their moto was freaky fast… I ordered online for pickup, waited 30 mins before it was finally ready. They don’t offer a drink or anything while you wait. It used to be so fast! I only get a 30 minute lunch break from work so I was late getting back to work and couldn’t even eat my sandwich cuz my lunch was over by the time I got it. Pretty slow service. Ridiculous.

  Ordered 2 sandwiches, one uncut and one cut and they were both cut. Why ask if you arent going to follow the instructions? Seems like someone needs to pay attention.

  Most often a good time at Jimmy John's. Fast, tasty fresh sandwiches with easy going, down to earth supportive staff members.
