Overpriced. Rude staff. Overall a terrible store. There are better options in the surrounding area.

Jacob in the Asian food counter is extremely rude. Today was my 2nd experience with him. He is unfriendly, doesn’t say hello and today he just stared at me as he handed over my food. No thank you, just an unpleasant stare. I went to get something and when I walked back by he was telling his coworker about me and when he saw me he quickly stopped talking and turned away. The first time he helped me I said hello and he just stared. Such an opposite representation of the rest of the friendly employees at the Burlington Haggen.

Haggen is simply the best...the choices, quality, and people who work there....my go-to store when I have many other options.

I went to this Haggen hoping that the Asian Express ala carte Chinese food would still be there. It wasn't. They have replaced it with something called Haggen Cafe. If you were a fan of the old one don't even bother with this.

Location wise, the store is in a good spot. It’s relatively easy to find and it’s far enough off of the main road that you won’t really have any trouble with traffic once you get down the little side street leading to the parking lot. The interior is nice and welcoming with natural wood colors and dark tones and everything. And of course, there are products that you might not be able to find or might not get carried at places like the Fred Meyer or something. That being said there is one issue and this is pretty much with any of the stores of this name Pricing. Pricing at thief stores has always been a little higher than at other grocery stores that I haven’t attended over the years. Now the previous town that I lived in the Higgins grocery store was the only store that was within walking distance for me so I kind of had no choice. But it’s still just meant that you know you shopped the sales. Also, I will admit that again, while the store itself is not that bad and all that the interior layout is a little confusing in a couple of areas. But nothing that can’t be dealt with after a couple of times visiting it. All in all, it’s not a bad store and it has plenty of products some of which are not found in the majority of other major retail locations or Major, simply be harder to find kind of like when you go into a town and they have the “local market” versus a major big name commercial store. So in summary, good location, good interior colorations. Friendly staff, and obviously a good number of products. Downsides only really being pricing and the internal layout being a tad confusing if you’re not familiar with the store.
