i ordered at large sprite and i got pure carbonated water. there’s not even a hint of sprite im disgusted just waste my time gas and money. i left work for this too.

Double cheese burger should have 2 pickles and onions. I have none of those!! There is no sticker with a receipt as if this was a special order. No these employees want to be lazy! I pay a stupid amount for these.

I loved the food. Me and my little cousin had fun. There was new technology that I couldn’t understand of the toys, but it was fun. 10/10

I know we don’t typically come to McDonalds for the service, but a sliver of pride in how you speak to customers should be maintained. The night manager was kind on the evening of 2/2/26 around 9 PM, and seemed to be a good example for his team. However, the girl working the window at that time couldn’t be worse. It’s obvious she hates her job, or was having the worst day. Either way, unfortunately, that’s not the customers fault. I don’t feel like being the target of misplaced frustration anywhere, let alone getting nuggets. I highly recommend putting her literally anywhere that’s not customer facing. Her attitude was crazy, and I honestly hope her job gets better, for everyone’s sake.

One star is being generous. My father and I went through the drive through and ordered a completely different meal than what was given to us, the employee who took our order even confirmed that what we ordered was correct. When we got to the window, the employee there said there was a little mistake and that was on him so he paid for the meal. We pulled up to the second window to receive our food, COMPLETELY different from what was ordered, we order a fish fillet with no tartar sauce, a double cheese burger with only ketchup, a medium fry, a large fry, and a sprite. What the employee handed to us before she quickly closed the window was two boxes of ten piece chicken nuggets, a fish fillet with tartar sauce and cheese, a Big Mac with lettuce and cheese on only one patty, the top one was plain, a large fry, and a sprite. The only two things they got correct was the large fry and a sprite. And I’m not sorry if I sound like a Karen but seriously don’t go to this place, or at least get your receipt and check your food before you drive off.
