  I LOVE this mcdonalds! four stars for the atmosphere, because, it has cool computer games, good seats, but its just small. What i love about the burlington mcdonalds is that they mess up our orders in a good way, like giving us free food! the service is but good, but the food is GREEEEAAAAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Went to one of the two drive they and had no one come through the loud speaker to help, another car went to the other one and they were helped immediately. I said hello and got no response had to go inside to order and complain

  Their systems are down so we all got stuck in the drive thru line for a heinously long time and didn't get to order anything :D maybe they should consider coning off the drive thru when this happens

  Curbside pickup. No fries on both meals, no rewards item which has happened several times. I usually give the benefit of the doubt, but it wasn't even busy? It has happened so many times now that I'm starting to be one of those people who say "how could someone mess this up?".

  I waited for a half hour and got 0 service or food delivered. I ordered curbside pickup. I waited for 30 minutes. Finally I walked up to the front door and it was locked. There was one employee who sat at a table (close to the door) staring at the door. Looking at me with a annoyed grin on her face- like I did something wrong. I decided to call them. A female employee answered. I told her "I ordered food half hour ago" her response was extremely rude. She said "It's written on the door, drive thru only." So I'm magically supposed to see a sign from the parking lot. I asked "How do I get my money back?" She responded smugly "It's on the app." She then mockingly scoffed and hung up. The app says you hafto contact the store for a refund. So this employee treated me like I was an idiot while giving me bad information and another employee staring at customers trying to get into the front door giving them no indication on what was going on. If she was smart she wouldn't take her break by the front door. I wasn't the only customer trying to get into the building, or even curb side pickup. I also witnessed them making order for Uber eats drivers.
