  I stopped into Jimmy John’s this morning and was really disappointed with my experience. The service itself was fine, but the bathroom was completely trashed and I was the first customer of the day. There was no hot water, no toilet paper, and a light flickering so badly it looked like it was about to explode. On top of that, my order was small but should have had double meat and cheese. Instead, it barely had two slices of turkey and one piece of cheese. For the price, it definitely wasn’t worth it. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, but this one really needs some attention to cleanliness and quality.

  Unfortunately these guys can’t ever get the order right. Second time in, second time wrong.

  I paid 25$ for a sandwich that the prepare it couldn't care less about. Half the meat was hanging out of the bread and the meat didn't even go from end to end If I spend 25$ on a sandwich, the preparer should care about the results
