  Food and drinks are great. Service is slow with only one sometimes two workers. Very little indoor seating. Kid-friendly with pictures to color with crayons. Fun for adults too.

  I’m a fan of Jamba Juice shakes, but this visit felt like a rip-off. I paid $27 for two shakes, which felt overpriced. I understand I added probiotics and substituted the milk, but if I’m going to be charged that much, at least fill the shakes to the top. Very disappointing given the cost. If you want a better deal, go to Emerald Smoothies—they don’t charge extra for substitutions and the portions are generous. At least the one in Redmond doesn't. Overall, not a good value—and I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience. Won't be returning.

  These guys are a revolving door of what you’re gonna get this time. Sometimes the drink is great, sometimes it’s mush, sometimes you get charged the right amount, sometimes you get charged extra, sometimes they get your order right, sometimes they don’t at all, sometimes your orders are done on time with only one person behind the counter, while other times it takes 40 minutes with 3 people working on it. So you might get lucky…or not.

  I came in to grab Jamba as a surprise treat for my kids, but after waiting 30 minutes with zero communication, I had to leave empty-handed to go pick them up. It was a complete mess—orders backed up, no updates, no “hey just so you know, it’ll be a wait,” nothing. A simple heads-up at the start or even a quick “thanks for your patience” halfway through would’ve made a huge difference. The girls behind the counter were clearly working hard, but they lacked leadership and direction. I was skipped over at least twice, and again—no communication at all. I get that busy days happen, but this felt totally unorganized and frustrating. Sadly, I had to abandon my order. Giving 2 stars only because the staff was trying, but someone needs to step up and manage the chaos better.

  Horrible... I ordered door dash a fruit bowl and drink. They didn't give me the drink at all and the fruit bowl had tin foil instead of a top. Very trashy. The worst part is I'm trying to call them to make a incomplaint and fix it and they just don't ever answer the phone.
