More importantly, the human who picked my online order did a terrible job. They excluded three items from the order without notifying me and without asking for substitutions. I realized I was missing one item at pickup and I went inside and the exact 2% milk I ordered was in stock 🤷🏼♀️ come on folks! Then I drove home and realized they excluded two other items. How frustrating. When I went back to the store later, one of those items could have been a simple substitution; the other was out of stock, which the app got wrong in the first place. Why wasn't I notified about an out of stock item and a possible substitution? So what should have been a quick pickup of my 11 item grocery order turned into two extra trips into the store. What a waste of time.
