- RYRyan YoungOct 5, 20252.0We have frequented this location multiple times. The drive-thru is usually a good experience, but the same cannot be said about the dine-in (lobby) experience. There is almost never an employee at the register. There is also a large wall that blocks the view to the back area. It feels like the employees ignore the lobby and primarily focus on the drive-thru. You can stand there waiting for 5-10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Even when someone finally comes to the front it feels like they are dismissive or perhaps annoyed. Just a general poor customer service experience. You might as well go through the drive-thru, then bring your food inside the restaurant. It will be 10x faster and you won’t be ignored.
