  I went through the drive thru today to redeem my free happy meal for my baby. And was asked by 2 different people what the code was. And then was told the code wasn’t for a free happy meal it was for 20% off. So I was asked to go to the window and was told the coupon code wasn’t working and the supervisor at the time rolled her eyes at me and had the worst customer service. I left without redeeming my free happy meal then checked my app and 6000 points were taken from my account. I got to McDonald’s with 7042 and left with 1042. Every time I go to this McDonald’s I have the worst experience!! Do not go here the employees are all over the place.

  I ordered from this mcdonald's the day after Thanksgiving at around 6am through the app. The restaurant accepted my order, and when i got there it was closed. Since I did curbside I was unaware that the restaurant wasn't open even though it accepted my order. 2 hours later when it opened, I called the restaurant explaining that I was unable to cancel the order due to the app saying that the order was started at 6am when the restaurant was closed. I tried explaining that over the phone and was cut off multiple times by the employee and eventually just hung up on. I still haven't gotten a refund and nothing has been solved.

  Don't go here. I went through the drive thru and the employee who spoke to me was very rude and either he didn't care about his job or he doesn't have good customer service skills. As someone who works in the food industry, it was frustrating yet understandable. We ordered a simple meal. And we found that they shorted us food and messed up our order. Not only that, the receipt was overall conpletely blank to the point I couldn't see anything on it. When we returned, we spoke with an employee they told us that the food we had was what was "on the receipt" as they could see. We ordered 2 wraps NOT spicy. Then we agreed to paying for the stuff they missed. We then got it and when we drove away and we ate the wraps, one was spicy. Not the non-spicy. They specifically spoke to me saying that it wasn't spicy when it was. I am disappointed in the service I got at this fast food place. I would rather go to Arby's right next door (no offense to Arby's food) than go back to this McDonald's again. Unless you want bad service skills and a chunky smoothie. Avoid it.
