No one's ever told me that and I should be ashamed apparently, according to Andrea. I'm sorry I don't know how those are made, Andrea. I'm just a customer! I'm sorry I made you go do research and figure it out!! I'm really sorry I didn't know, after all that when it was clear I had no idea things had changed, that I had to pick up my own soda and it wasn't a Sprite anymore! I'M SORRY! I JUST WANTED TO TREAT MYSELF TO A FREEZE! After all of that I put the soda in front of her and she demanded to know if that's the one I wanted. I don't know why she went for public shaming on this, but she was definitely trying to make sure I had the worst time ever. I told her her customer service skills were awful and I was leaving, she was positively gleeful when she said goodbye. So am I! Goodbye, Andrea! You may want to rethink a career in customer service.

I work in customer service so I understand not wanting to be there but she was looking at us like we were the scums of the earth. And we were both polite, patient and kind. I know sometimes people have bad days but I'm not sure if we did something wrong.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
