  Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes for two chicken strips and pretzel sticks. Was at the front of the line for majority of that wait. When my food was finally brought to me the person at the window apologized. I then get home and see they forgot all my sauces (including my queso for the pretzels) and my chicken strips were cold and looked creepy.

  Very rude customer service at Dairy Queen. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Really disappointing experience.

  On February 23, we drove to Dairy Queen at 9:55 PM. As we were heading to the drive-thru, they saw our car and then closed right away. One of the crew members was wearing a headset, and we saw them laughing and jumping around before they turned off the lights immediately.and We have 5 minutes left to get ice cream, as customer we check the time you guys Close 10pm and we check our time its not over yet .. i hope we get a solution for these workers to pay attention next time the time before they close...
