- EEEricMar 27, 20241.0About three weeks ago I went in with my wife/kids and tried ordering two pretzels. I asked the lady working (Short Hispanic woman late 30s blonde highlights) to switch her gloves because I noticed that she was cleaning and moving boxes with the ones she was wearing. She asked me why, and I stated it would be safer for me if you swapped your gloves because you were cleaning with those ones and moving boxes. With an attitude she said fine I'll switch my freaking gloves and rolled her eyes. She then told me that they were out of thawed pretzels so I would have to wait 3 hours. I just left. I called to complain about my experience. A few days later I went back in to order something else, didn't see that woman so I thought things would be different so I began ordering. 5 minutes into ordering the same woman approaches me and starts questioning me about why I complained about her. I tried telling her that I don't have to explain myself to you and she got closer and persisted to question me about my complaint. I then told her that I am a customer and she has no right to treat me this way and she laughed and said I can do whatever I want. I paid for my food and left. I called and complained about her retalitory behavior and aggressive demeanor. This woman still works there and glares at me anytime I walk into the grocery store with my kids. How is this ok?
