    Me and my boyfriend came here to pick up food for dinner and BOTH of my burgers were fully raw. We called and asked for replacements, and when we went to get them we had to wait in the long drive through line, and the replacements were ALSO raw. Do NOT come here unless you want to get sick. This has happened before but I didnt think to make a review until now. These are by far the most raw ones I've recieved.

    avoid the drive thru cuz of the weird AI thing taking orders. but i enjoy dining in here, the service is great and the food is fresh

    Was the only car in the drive thru and no customers were in the restaurant. They forgot one of the main items of my order and Maurice at the window was one of the most unfriendly, borderline hostile people I have ever encountered. I understand being busy and forgetting something but when you have one order for one customer it shouldn’t be that difficult to get them what they paid for. I’m also not expecting to be treated like I’m at a 4 star restaurant. But maybe don’t put someone who clearly hates people in the pickup window of the drive thru. Didn't a word during the whole transaction and just glared at me. His glare was so piercing it could take an oil stain off a driveway. Not coming back to this place ever again. Also Wendy’s customer service line is joke. The number when called hangs up on you when you select one of the options for help and the live chat never connects you to someone. Dave would be rolling in his grave if he knew this was how his legacy is being treated. STAY FAR AWAY.

    The actual human service is decent however the AI ordering crap is absolutely horrible and you can’t order in person inside either. Please bring back real human customer service!

    If you go through the drive thru ask for a crew member to avoid the autobot but seriously the best Wendy's I've had in YEARS! the crew members were very happy. 10/10
