  Had not eaten in days prior til last night, because of traumatic events. My husband encourage me to try and eat something. We went to Subway on Kitsap way. There was one person ahead of us but was close to paying his bill which would make us next. The guy behind the counter with dreads and a huge white ear piece started pulling out four loaves of bread and making them up. I was confused as to why we weren't being asked what we wanted and made a comment that we don't have time or energy to spend watching him make other subs and not ours. He replied because these are already paid for. My response was and we obviously would be paying for ours too. Then he proceeds to bang the pans around creating a bunch of loud noise. Suffice to say we ended up leaving. I would like to address another visit there prior to this visit. The subs that were made came out horrible. I couldn't even hardly eat mine nor did my husband. I attempted on several occasions to contact the manager, but for whatever reason she only works minimal days and hours so no getting ahold of her and Noone else to help. Too bad so sad see ya Subway!

  I got the right kind of sub and they were put together well, but they got my order wrong in the sense of size. I ordered delivery for one 6" and one footlong(even says on the receipt) but was given two 6" subs. The third party site I used could only offer a refund in credits, which makes sense on their part, but this store should've made sure everything was right.

  as a former subway employee, this was horrible i did an online order and picked it up the ends of the sandwich had nothing it was like a pregnant joint the things i asked for less were more and the thing i asked for more were less, its bad enuff this branch of the company doesnt except and promotions or coupons.. so i paid 22 dollars for a footlong sandwich that really sucked, do better... foot long chicken sandwich with more meat not double and extra cheese, i was just sad

  Josh was super nice which was awesome because every subway I’ve been to has had the most shitty customer service ever but he was really polite and cool please give them a raise $$$

  I dont know who works here in the evening, like 6PM-12AM, but yall were poorly trained or something. the sandwiches are always atrocious. Always soggy. If i ask for extra things on the sandwich, there is no balance, yall just overload it to a point where things are just falling out of the sandwich. Tonight was the same thing but I couldn't help but notice the SUBWAY CRUNCH WAS STALE. YUCK!! One time a couple months ago, I came there at midnight after work to grab a quick bite. it says ON THE DOOR you are open until 1AM. Employee, a gentleman, working there said he already put things away, so he turned me away. What???? The subway in the Walmart in east brem is waaaay better
