  Nice McDonald's. Especially in East Bremerton. Close to Gordon Field if you forgot breakfast

  went here around 4pm-5pm last night and got food and a large sweet tea with no ice the second they handed me the “sweet tea” I can tell it was wrong It was really light and had pulp in it but I decided to try it just in case they changed their recipe or something it tasted horrible definitely not what I asked for so we got back in line explained to them what happened and we were told to go to the second window and let them know so we told the guy at the second window what happened and he just stared at us in silence for what felt like forever until he finally motion for us to hand him the drink went back said something to his coworkers and then told us to pull to the front we did and waited a girl had came out to bring us a “new drink” and while laughing said she didn’t know what was wrong with the last one but the “new one” looked exactly the same really light and had pulp in it at this point we had somewhere to be and did not have time to get in line and wait for a third time so we left I called the store asked for a manager and explained to him what happened he apologized and said we can come back and get a different drink and a refund but at that point we were already going to be passing a different McDonald’s and didn’t want to go back just for it to most likely be messed up again

  Horrible mcdonalds. Workers are lazy. I ordered a delivery with 3 cheeseburgers, large fry, and smoothie. My order didnt come with 3 cheeseburgers, and the smoothie had ice chunks the size of glaciers inside. Pathetic

  This McDonald's is very clean. You can tell they take pride in cleanliness, considering the homeless/addict population in and around the area!! There is a play places at this one for kids. It's well maintained. My favorite part is the tables in that area light up. The bathrooms are always very clean. They do keep them locked, so you have to get an employee to buzz you in, but I don't mind as it help keeps the bathrooms clean. The food is prepared very well and I have yet to have this one make a mistake with my food! (I have an allergy to tomatoes and they never made the mistake of accidentally putting it on when I request it's not! The employees always greet you when you walk in and that's nice to have them acknowledge you and see if you need help. They also when bringing your food are very polite and ask if you need anything else.

  I work at the Walmart right next door. I go there everyday and they manage to get my order wrong. I order sausage burritos everyday from the same person. Today I went over there and ordered sausage breakfast burritos and I got McGriddles. I am not happy and I'm very upset
