Wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to. Lack of work training and sensativity training was evident. 2 attempts at using debit cards when their machine was down, was told to go order at kiosk. Seriously needs customer service training as well.
Chose to leave with my blind friend without food. Will not return to this location.

Rolled through this morning with a car full of complex orders because of allergies and Kim at the window had our backs. She was such a boss. She handled that order with really upbeat friendly demeanor and kindness that made our day, honestly. Promote her.

Clueless on allergies. Asked what entrees were gluten free and was told everything on the menu has gluten (Wendy’s website is more helpful). Obviously this location’s staff didn’t want to deal with actual questions on a slow Sunday night….
