The door was locked with no explanation. After waiting, an employee emerged from the back—not to assist, but to make a middle finger gesture toward me through the glass. I’ve never experienced anything so blatantly rude at a fast food establishment. If the store needed to close early, a simple sign or explanation would’ve sufficed. Instead, I was met with hostility and zero professionalism. I hope management takes this seriously. Customers deserve basic respect, not obscene gestures.
