  Yesterday I was in a pinch. Our Marketing director scheduled me to do a presentation at the Bremerton Senior Center and had promised box lunches for all attendees but never ordered them. I realized this two hours before and called the store to order. Gabe was fantastic! He assured me that he could get 35 boxes delivered in time. And sure enough, JJ didn't disappoint. Thank you JJ team! You saved the day.

  Agree with others who ordered through Doordash. Twice I ordered a Club Lulu. Twice I got a Turkey Tom. When you order through Doordash, the prices are higher than the in-store price, so I am paying $18 when I get a $12 sandwich. Doordash only gives a partial refund of $4. The second time, I called the store to see if it's a system issue. I really like Jimmy John's and this is the ONLY store in the area, so I don't want to stop ordering from here, but it's frustrating to know that if you order from them, something is bound to be wrong. When I got a clerk on the phone, she was either intoxicated or experiencing a medical emergency (she sounded high). I had to repeat my questions multiple times before I said that something didn't feel right. I heard a man's voice in the background yell the questions she should be asking because he could tell something was wrong with her. "Ask her for her order #. Ask her for her address." This didn't sound like a new employee in training. This sounded like one employee frustrated with the other employee who was dealing with something. I suspect they have 2 people on shift and only one is pulling their weight. I tell her nevermind that I am just going to dispute the charge, and I hear him start cursing in the background. Seconds later I get a call from the store. I didn't answer because I don't want anyone to tinker with my food. I want a Club Lulu. I am about to drive 10 miles to the other store just to ensure it's made right.

  They are using uber for delivery now. Gone are the days of freaky fast. Now we have sadly slow. Sandwiches are still good.
