I asked for a refund and they told me to do it online, when I said I didn't have an account and asked how to do that they person at the counter just said idk and would not be helpful.

Yesterday I went to the east Bremerton Arby's just to try the Loaded Italian sub sandwich. I like it. Very good. $7.49 for 9.6 ounces of sandwich. I will order it again.

I wanted to give it another shot as the closer Arby's in my area, but I cannot recommend visiting and will not be stopping by again. The last time I ordered here, despite being 2 hours before close and the only person in the building, I was spoken to the entire time as though just being there was inconvenient. Fair enough, you're probably tired, I feel that. But how are you going to try and tell me you're closed an hour before your ACTUAL close time, after I've placed a mobile order??? If the location is closing early, why would you not turn off the app? Because you haven't, I can only assume you've locked the doors and are lying to my face, in an attempt to keep people from ordering in person, which is rather disappointing to see. Additionally the sandwich ordered this evening was sloppy and only had sauce on half of it, and the half that did have sauce was so drenched it couldn't be eaten. While I'm pretty upset about the food, I'm more strongly confused. What the hell is going on here guys? Do better.
