  An absolute masterclass in poor service. I spent over 30 minutes waiting for two simple coffees, only to leave empty-handed and frustrated. After an initial 20-minute wait, the drinks served were undrinkable filled with loose coffee grounds floating throughout the beverage. When I asked for a remake, I waited another 15 minutes before finally giving up. When I spoke to the manager, I was met with excuses rather than an apology, I was told brewing takes "five minutes," which doesn't explain a 30-minute delay. While I eventually received a refund, the lack of accountability and the disregard for customers' time was appalling. I’ve never had a worse experience at a McDonald’s franchise. Truly horrendous service.

  The staff had a aditude tords me and they also took 20 minutes to make my order that was only a snack wrap will never come back to this establishment

  Slow. Always sooooo slow. It takes forever for drive-thru so this time I ordered ahead with the app but they still let me wait. The wait is even longer. I don’t understand.
