  I recently visited Inchin’s Bamboo Garden with a group of friends, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager was surprisingly rude and unfriendly from the moment we arrived. She even added gratuity to a personal take‑out order I placed, claiming it was because we were part of a large group, which made no sense and felt very unfair. The food didn’t make up for the poor service either. The baby corn crisps were especially bad — they tasted like they were tossed in plain ketchup with no real flavor. Throughout the visit, the staff seemed stressed and eager for us to leave, which made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. On top of that, they pressured us to pay additional tips even after we had already paid a substantial gratuity. For the price we paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it. I’d much rather go somewhere else where the service is respectful and the food is actually enjoyable.

  The food here is absolutely amazing! 🤩 My kids absolutely love the corn and gobi Manchurian. They also have a great dessert selection. Previously we noticed a decline in food quality. Fortunately, I heard that new management has taken over, and they’ve made significant improvements to maintain the high standards and taste that the restaurant is known for. The host is incredibly friendly and provides excellent recommendations for dishes. It’s definitely a must-visit!

  I had such a great experience at Inchins bamboo thanks to Jamuna! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She checked in at just the right times, kept our water full, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the whole visit even more enjoyable.

  Had a great experience at Inchin Bothell! The food was really good—full of flavor and nicely balanced Indo-Chinese taste. Every dish we tried was fresh, well-prepared, and came out hot. The ambiance was pleasant and clean, making it a nice spot for both family dining and casual outings. Service was also prompt and friendly. Definitely a place I’d come back to when craving good Indo-Chinese food. Highly recommend!

  Their menu prices are like they are a fine dining, Michelin star restaurant. But this was and is a below average restaurant at the best. The chef will get your order wrong 9/10 times in spite of charging you extra $$ for customizations. For example, if you order a double egg fried rice or noodles, they charge you $2 extra per egg but your dish will not have any eggs at all but you will see $4 for 2 eggs. And they refuse to change your dish. They fight and insist the order was correct. And,I don’t even want to talk about their tipping culture. In spite of the poor service they dare to present you with a screen that forces you to tip 18% minimum including takeout orders.
