As expected, there were a lot of folks waiting for their order, probably the most crowded I've ever seen this location. It was clear that the staff were backlogged and the orders just kept coming. However, I was incredibly impressed with how well the team managed despite all this. Everyone was hard working, communicative, and overall from what I saw, kept a positive attitude. Even when addressing customers, they did so with a smile and apologized for the long wait time. I've been in busy restaurants before and have never seen such control over the situation like the employees had tonight. Just wanted to give props and thanks for the great meal! I hope the rest of the night went well!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
