In the time it takes them to complete an order, I could have a meal in front of me at Red Robin, Applebees, and pretty much literally anywhere. If you have a mobile order, you’re better off showing up 10-15 minutes AFTER the estimated ready time. That’s over 20 minutes of waiting for “fast food”.

So yeah I'm like can you make a fresh batch and he's like oh they're pretty fresh and I'm like I would like a fresh batch and he wouldn't do it. You don't argue with the customer, it's not like you're losing something, there's no reason he shouldn't have done that, they do that at every other fast food place when you ask them for fries with no salt. Your service sucks.
