When I get there the line is full and I am in a rush so I head inside assuming my order is ready because it has been an hour. I stand at the register for five minutes and no one comes, I move over so I can see directly in the kitchen and still no one comes. Finally someone comes and drops a bag off directly in front of me and I make eye contact with her and say "excuse me, can you help me" She looks at me and walks away without a word. Another worker passes me by on the phone and I stop him and ask "when you get a chance, can you help me" He comes by a few minutes later and he tells me it will be 6 minutes until my order is ready. I stand there for another 10 minutes and I'm watching these people work at the slowest pace possible. If you cannot work in a fast paced environment, then find another job. I see multiple people come in and order at the kiosk and get their food within minutes, yet my order takes almost 2 hours? I finally leave and just go through the drive-through and again ask for my order. It had been done and the workers just didn't want to give it to me. Horrible customer service excluding the one person who HAD BEEN ON THE PHONE who stopped to help me. It had almost taken 2 hours to get something that should have taken 30 minutes max.
