I have to spend extra time at home or in the store clipping coupons to get the member prices. Just give me the member price, I'm a member, why do I have to jump through additional hoops for it?! My husband and I both do grocery shopping and have separate memberships because we couldn't both be signed into the same account on different phones. Now our fuel rewards are in 2 different places for us to keep track of. This also means that sometimes I use his membership (our primary one) only to find out he doesn't have the coupons clipped, so then I have to have someone come and cancel the order so I can re-scan everything and put in the other membership number. At this point I'm seriously considering doing my shopping elsewhere as I leave the store frustrated after every visit.

However, the electronic price tags are extremely hard to read, almost impossible to tell what the actual price is. I’ve honestly never seen this kind of issue in a grocery store before.
