As a customer, you expect at least respectful communication, but that was clearly missing here. The food itself may be standard Papa John’s quality, but customer service matters just as much, and this location seriously lacks it. I like the deals and the whole tracker when the pizza is being made is super nice. The staff has always been very welcoming. They don’t even judge for the amount of pineapple topped pizzas I order 😜Will continue to keep ordering from here 🙂

I'm now at Mill creek Papa John's where they took my order at the desk in the store. Seems like the bothell store at Thrashers corner is having issues. It is the closest one to me but if they can't serve me for their own issues they lost me as a customer and I will make sure I post it on next door neighbor site. I will give Mill creek a good review.
