Went in and ordered a large sandwich, requested to pickles on a half of sandwich and they told me that I had to buy 2 seperate sandwiches.
What other sandwich shop asks this questions. I could of said put pickles in the whole sandwich and picked them out, trying to save them extra pickles but declined.
Never going back to this cheap, unfriendly place1

Every time I do an online order my sandwich isn’t even started until I get there and then they don’t even call my name because it’s an online order and they think someone is going to come asking for it. I drive 20 minutes, wait 20 minutes just to sit and stare at 11 employees pealing lunch meats and sorting loafs of bread while 1 person makes sandwiches. You have gourmet written all over the walls yet your food looks and taste like it was made yesterday. It’s an insufferable process to wait through. Your employees do not deserve minimum wage, your store owner doesn’t deserve to operate business, and your CEO doesn’t deserve to be a billionaire. It hoagies, it really isn’t that hard

This place is horrible, I ordered 3 sandwiches all of thrm turkey with 1 of them being free because of my rewards points .
I am not sure if thr store was short on turkey or what the deal was but they place extremely small amount of turkey in my sandwiches looked like they spread the amount of 1 sandwich in 3 sandwiches so my sandwich tasted more like veggies then anything.
Feel like I got cheated and money has been stolen from me by this store.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I was waiting at the pick up area for an online order. And the owner was like-what. So I told him my name and he said-what does that mean? So I said pick up. And he pointed to the check out. Use your words. Treat your customers with care. I work in the complex and my co workers won’t eat there because of the terrible customer service they have received. I’ve been in retail for 30 years, so I know when I’m being treated poorly. I told him he didn’t have to be so rude.

I came around 12:45pm today to pick up online orders that i placed from the Jimmy John rewards app. I had ordered 3 sandwiches that were all free from me placing orders and getting points, when an employee calls me telling me that I’m not able to use 3 of my rewards a day. We were just about to arrive to the store so I asked to wait on the order until I get there since I had gotten that food for my family. Once I came in the store, I had asked the lady who was taking orders for all of my orders to be canceled and for my coupons back. A short old guy who seemed to be the manager, maybe mid 50’s, rudely interrupts and says “yeah you can’t do that, so we’re voiding the last 2 of your transactions.” The other employees looked scared of this guy to be honest. The girl in the front handed me my sandwich and I walked out of there. Didn’t even get my rewards back. On the app, there’s a QNA section that states 1 reward is allowed per transaction and does not say “per day.” Will not come back with this terrible management.
I also notice that a lot of these reviews seem to be about this guy. Don’t know if he’s the owner or the manager, but someone really needs to fire this guy. Super unprofessional, and I myself have been in the food industry (being a manager, too) and would never handle a situation like that. I’m not even upset that I didn’t get the other sandwiches, I’m just so disappointed in the lack of customer service. Unbelievable.
