I remember when 5 Guys opened they had large boats for peanuts long lines burgers were good but not blown away they over stuffed the fries which were ok but not great prices were above average alot of hype. That was then this is now tiny peanut boats no long lines there's 2 or 3 employees addition to myself makes 4 Guys or gals. This place is a Ghost town I live within walking distance haven't been in over 10yrs! I drive by everyday one car out front employees Im truely shocked when I see somebody in there seriously how does this place stay open?🤔 Im a foodie brutally honest back to the burgers so mid the bun was rock hard the bacon was meh. The toppings ok but in all burger had No flavor hence No one goes there. The fries are tasteless and shrinkflation. I go to Dicks it's always busy they make money hand over fist.It doesn't need rebranding it needs a complete menu overhaul asap owners should be suing corporate for Millions in lost revenue. If I was the owner Id ditch 5 Guys and reopen talk to Lorettas Northwesterner in Seattle beg for a expansion they have the top 5 Burger in America it's like Dicks that's a solid 8 but Lorettas 12 they copycated Dicks but out did them plus some. If you spoke to Lorettas and did a low cost deal the lines and uber eats would be out the door Seriously! Ditching the corporate fees But what do I know besides eaten the top 5 Burger in America which is Lorettas Northwesterner.Matter of fact I might talk to Lorettas and open my own Burger place with little overhead

The hamburger costing $11.49 per piece I ordered online looks nothing like what is in the picture. It is just buns with meat and nothing else!!

I bought a vanilla shake from five guys. Five Guys does not actually sell vanilla shakes. They sell some sort of base with no flavor that they use for their other milkshakes and call it a vanilla shake. There was no identifiable vanilla flavor in the shake. I can't speak for the other shakes but do not buy vanilla shake from Five Guys.
