Every time I do mobile pickup, I end up waiting 15+ min in the drive thru when my app says the food is ready. No one bothers greeting you or at least letting you know if they’re behind, they just avoid eye contact and look like they’re inwardly hoping you go away. They also forgot veggies on my bowl. I miss the days when good customer service mattered. 😔

When I told the manager, she just said “sorry.” I think there should be some kind of accountability for this.

The peppers are still crisp and have no caramelization or sweetness. Another issue with the veggies is there there are GIANT chunks of unions. Like a the size a large Lay’s potato shop. I’d rather you throw that away than ruin my bite.

However I forgot to present the flyer before paying for the order. I asked them if they could refund the order and recharge me after including the details of the fundraiser. They refused to accommodate. It would take a minute of their time and would have helped generate goodwill for the fundraiser that they were already part of. I am annoyed and disappointed.
