Had couple of issue regarding protein portion - when I mentioned the employee to add additional protein portion (not complimentary, i paid for it), they just did half spoon as they were donating - felt awkward, not sure why they have to be rude but okay. I had 100% bad experience during dinner - felt rice is too hard, may be left overs from post lunch.

No matter how good the product is, if the customer service is terrible, it’s a zero from me. I walked in and the staff turned his back and started speaking to another staff as though I was invisible. I literally had to call his attention and say, “Am l invisible?” Then he and another staff attended to me. I was so upset but this was all I could get on my way. So disappointed! Just pathetic! Also, I was rushed through my order like they had somewhere to be. The whole atmosphere was dreary.
