- DCDiana CadwellAug 11, 20254.0I went last night for the tropical ticket ice cream I've been waiting to try. The last couple times I went in for ice cream their center freezer section was not working and they were missing a lot of the flavors. Now that it's fixed they have all the flavors and I finally got to try this one. Davian was very polite and patient while I also tried some other flavors that piqued my interest. He recommended the mango flavored ice cream to go with the tropical ticket flavor so I ordered one scoop of each in a cup and it was a perfect blend of tropical flavors; like I had been transported to Hawaii. I would give 5 stars for the professionalism and great recommendation, but I did use the restroom while I was there and it had a strong urine odor, and they stock the hand soap with that awful cherry almond scented soap that dries out your skin and just smells bad.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
