- BBBridget BJul 10, 20151.0I have never written a bad review for a business before, I will try to make this short. Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. They said I could pay for it when I picked it up a week later (no receipt). I called today (a week later) and they said they have no cake for me. Disappointing but the nice lady on the other line said they would gladly give me a cake for free to make up for the mix up. Super generous right? SO I pack up the kids and head down there to get the promised cake. I get handed a phone instead, it was the store manager. She kept grilling me on when/what/where/who, making it seem like I was trying to get off with a free cake. LIKE ANYONE would go through this much trouble?! I hung up on her, hindsight, that was rude. I left the store after handing the handset to an employee. I hate being rude, I hate complaining but my time was wasted and this was terribly handled by management. My daughter was really looking forward to that cake. Anyone know where I can get an ice cream cake besides this chain?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
